Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every Starlit Fashion piece is handmade to order. Please allow time for production before shipping.
How do I choose the right size?
Check our Size Guide and any sizing details on the product page before ordering. If you’re between sizes or need advice, email help@starlitfashion.com with the product name and your measurements.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free worldwide shipping?
Yes. Every order includes free standard worldwide shipping, with no minimum purchase.
Will I need to pay taxes or customs duties?
Starlit Fashion covers applicable taxes and customs duties on deliveries to you. If a carrier or customs authority requests payment, contact us before paying so we can arrange to cover the charges.
When will my order ship?
Production and dispatch typically take:

Shipping time is additional.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, estimated shipping times include:

Your total delivery time includes production plus shipping. Estimates may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
Can I order for an upcoming event?
Please allow enough time for both production and shipping. If your event is approaching, email us with the product name, destination and event date before ordering. We can help you review the estimated timeline, but cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you need help checking its progress, contact us with your order number.
What if my parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived?
Email help@starlitfashion.com with your order number and tracking details. We’ll help investigate with the carrier.
Order Changes
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible.

Within 2 hours: Cancellation is free.

After 2 hours: If cancellation is still possible, a 5% cancellation fee applies.

Once production or warehouse processing begins: We cannot cancel or change your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Please request a return or exchange within 7 business days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition, with all tags attached. They must be free from damage, stains and odors.
Accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Email help@starlitfashion.com with your order number, item name, reason for the request, and clear photos of the item and tags. For an exchange, include your preferred replacement.
We aim to respond within 24 hours. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending your item.
Where do I send my return?
Approved returns are sent to New Jersey, USA. We’ll provide the full address with your return instructions.
Please do not use the address on your original shipping label. Use a tracked shipping service and keep your tracking details.
What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?
Email us within 7 business days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos.
We can arrange a replacement at no additional cost or offer a gift card if you prefer, subject to your statutory rights. Contact us before returning the item so we can confirm the arrangements.
